Weekend of Love!!!!!!!!

Friday started off the Wedding weekend! My wonderful Father in Law, Jack and his Beautiful Bride To be, Mary had every one over for a gigantic dinner at their house!  I knew Jack was marrying into a large Family but  I am telling you Mary has Sisters and Brothers coming out her ears!!!! The house was packed with smiles and happiness, it was awesome to see how many people love the people we love!
Saturday was the big Day, Mary looked gorgeous!!!!
My Brother in Law  Tim married them in a sweet ceremony in a beautiful forrest setting~ a guitarist played the most perfect songs and there wasn't a dry eye in the house! We are so incredibly lucky to have Mary in our Family...  and Andra and Claudio too!

Food,Films,Friends.... Fabulous!

Last Saturday was the first ever Young Movie night~ it went so well! We had been trying to get this going since May! We had a huge turn out! But for everyone who couldn't make it... You're in luck cuz we are planning another one next month~ I was busy running around so I didn't get pictures of everyone that was there ;( but I will next time for sure!
There is a baby in there!

We had a great BBQ (wonderful  food!) and when it got dark we projected the movie "The Jerk" on our garage on a "special screen" (thanks Jeremy)  with tons of popcorn and licorice, the kids we loving it...
of course Vance ran around since he had to "get his energy out" (he told everyone that:) This is one of our fav movies and  a lot of our guests hadn't seen it in a while~  my big boys were ready for bed mid movie But River was  into making sure I walked around and didn't watch any of it;) thanks Rives~
Finally he gave up and fell asleep and I was hands free (well sorta)
We said good bye to some while the crazy ones
stayed til about 2*ish!
If Treyton and Vance woke up they would have seen all the boys playin on their slide!
all these guys are 30 by the way!

Vance is a pre-schooler!

Vance started Pre-school!!!!!!!!!! I do have to say we were equally excited about the day~ We had a Orientation yesterday to get the feel of him actually being in this type of setting~ Our Teacher Susun (who was also Trey's pre-school teacher) took to Vance right away she pointed out that he was full of energy and eager to learn... she is so positive~The school is super awesome very "Art-ie" and very "Santa Cruz" Today as we drove up Vance said ok mom see ya later! I was like ummm I have to at least walk you in ~ We got him in the class and he didn't even look back~
I would have been sad if Trey did that but Vance is a different kind of kid he never really "needed" anyone! I watched from the other room while Susun sat the kids down and told them their lesson was about Van Gogh and were going to make little wire chairs~ So after dropping one more kid off into the real world, I headed home to a quiet house with a quiet sleeping baby~ It was just what I needed! When I went to pick Vance up Susun told me he did really well- I think he liked it cuz he didnt want to leave~ He was sitting with this cute little girl painting and he was mixing up all the colors and the girl said she never liked to mix her colors- right then Susun said there are two kinds of kids in the world, those who like their colors separate and those who like theirs mixed... and Vance is amazing at making the color Brown!!! I think she gets him... ya know not many people do:)
